A Drupal developer located in Bucharest, Romania and managing partner at Webikon, a Romanian Drupal Development company. I am also one of the founding members of Drupal Romania Association and one of the organizers of Romanian DrupalCamps. I promote open source in general and Drupal on the first place and develop using OS software, such as Drupal, Apache Solr, Apache Mahout, Fedora Commons or DSpace. I am also providing architecture and development expertise for several strategic projects at SNSPA (National School of Political and Administrative Science) in the area of higher education virtual learning and digital archives.

It is used as a back-end system for many different types of websites, ranging from small personal blogs to Enterprise 2.0 collaboration and knowledge management uses to large corporate and political sites, including whitehouse.gov and data.gov.uk.
